What if my HOA rejects it?+
We revise the drawings at no additional cost and tell you exactly what to say when you resubmit. The $500 covers the project through approval — you don't pay again because the committee asked for a change.
How fast will I get my drawings?+
Most packages are drafted within 7-15 business days of receiving your photos and measurements. Rush timing may be available — just ask when you request a quote.
Will I have to deal with the HOA myself?+
Yes — you submit the package and stay the point of contact with your committee. That's kind of the point: we make sure you're never guessing. You get a complete, ready-to-submit package and exactly what to say if they have questions or ask for changes.
What do you need from me to start?+
A few photos of the area, rough measurements, and a note on what you're building. Your HOA's guidelines or application form helps too, but we can often track those down ourselves.
Do you work with HOAs outside of Arizona?+
Yes — we're headquartered in Phoenix but work with homeowners and their HOAs across the United States. Tell us your state, city, or HOA and we'll confirm we can help.
